Return & Refund Policy
At The Luxury Paw, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to return or request a refund for your dog treat purchases. Here is our fair return and refund policy:
Returns:
- We accept returns on unopened dog treats in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part in sending the products.
Refunds:
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
- If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
Exceptions:
- Perishable products such as dog treats cannot be returned once opened unless there is a manufacturing or quality defect.
- Sale or promotional items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless otherwise noted.
